1.issue and follow up PO to ensure correct requirement in both quantity and

3.Executes the receiving discrepancies and MRB, ensures and expedites on time supplier deliveries and on time kit drops, reductes lead time and maintain material delivery, quality, etc.

处理收料差异及MRB材料,确保和促进供应商按时交货和物料集套，减少提前期及交货和物料质量的维护，等 4.Perform other relevant job responsibilities as supervisor's requirement.

Job qualification任职资格：

Education Background教育背景：

1. electronical related specialty in Bachelor's or above 电子类，或相关专业大学本科以上学历；

Training Experience培训经历：

1.Trained in modern Material planning,Purchasing management , Finance or Accountant basic knowledge is prefered受过现代物料计划、采购管理、财务会计基本知识等方面的培训；

Experience经验：

1.Purchasing experience over 5 years in enterprise五年以上企业采购工作经验。

Skill and Technique技能技巧：

1.Rich practice in material purchsaing ,vendor management etc. 对材料采购，供应商管理具有丰富的实践经验；

2.Excellent bi-lingual (English and Chinese) communication skills 良好的语言协调能力（中文和英语）

3.familiar with EMS factory about manufacture and shipping 熟悉EMS 工厂其生产和出货。

4.familiar with office softwares and related ERP softwares 熟悉计算机操作办公室软件及相关的ERP管理软件。
